Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if you are not, you can return your items under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Personalized or custom-made products
    • Opened or used toys or clothing that are no longer in resale condition
    • Hygiene-related items such as socks, underwear, etc.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at dakdfie@dakaiie.store with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. If the item meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a return and need a refund, the cost of shipping will not be included in the refund amount. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will send the replacement at no additional cost to you (provided that the new item is of equal or lesser value).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at dakdfie@dakaiie.store with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A description of the issue

We will offer you the option to return the item for a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you. In the case of defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds
